The Pines is situated on a large plot with plenty of decking space to the front and rear of the property. It is enclosed and therefore ideal for dogs and children.

Whilst there is a ramp alongside the steps, the property is not fully wheelchair friendly as there are thresholds that require stepping over.

Norfolk Cottage Agency are by far the best Agency you could book with. They are very professional and helpful. We had regular updates from the start of booking. Before we travelled we got an email with our guidebook that outlined everything for our stay including arrival and departure times and key codes. We also had an email to advise us of some work that was taking place during our stay. On arrival we were treated to some cookies and juice. We’ve used them twice now, after using a different agency, and we wouldn’t use anyone else. We have been going to Kelling Heath now for 10 years and Norfolk Cottage Agency have an amazing range of accommodation not only at Kelling but other areas as well, all very good. 5star review from us. We booked Kelling Heath for a peaceful week away for health reasons with some good fresh air, we were not disappointed, the site is set in lovely woods & has beautiful walks for dogs, the caravan had all the mod cons you needed, so you wanted for nothing even if weather was not on your side. Instructions & communication felt it was a lovely family run business. I would love to go back under different circumstances.
