Our circumstances changed, so we didn’t proceed, but the opportunity is certainly there.

The location has been incredibly convenient. We’re just a 5‑minute walk to South Croydon Station and around 8 minutes to East Croydon, which has made commuting into London effortless. The Lloyd Park Tram Stop is also only a couple of minutes away, offering quick links to Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction.

We’ve also really enjoyed the lifestyle that comes with living on Birdhurst Road. There’s a genuine sense of community, lovely green spaces close by, and a fantastic choice of cafés, restaurants and local spots to explore.
