***Vendor's comments*** "If you're looking for a warm and inviting one-bedroom home with a private front garden and a useful storage loft, all within a £250K budget, this could be the perfect place for you.

We've cherished living here for the past seven years, but as our family has grown, so have our needs. With a job relocation to North Zone 3, the commute has become less practical and it’s time for us to move on. Beyond its practicality, this home has given us so many special moments. The spacious ground-floor area has been perfect for storage, the large bedroom has always felt like a retreat, and the bathroom, with its window for natural light, is a surprisingly lovely feature. But what we’ll miss most is the sense of home, the peaceful atmosphere, the cosy loft, our private front garden and most of all, our wonderful downstairs neighbour, who has made this place feel even more special."

***Vendor's comments*** "If you're looking for a warm and inviting one-bedroom home with a private front garden and a useful storage loft— all within a £250K budget, this could be the perfect place for you. Nestled in Selhurst, it offers direct train links to London Bridge and Victoria, making commuting a breeze. We've cherished living here for the past seven years, but as our family has grown, so have our needs. With a job relocation to North Zone 3, the commute has become less practical, and it’s time for us to move on.

This home has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully updated over the years. In 2018, we gave the kitchen and bathroom a full refurbishment, keeping them fresh and modern. A year later, we created the front garden; our little oasis of greenery. In 2020, we transformed the loft with new carpeting, improved insulation, and better lighting, making it an even more practical and cosy space. While we haven’t added extensions, the home makes excellent use of space, with smart storage and a comfortable layout.

One of the things we’ve loved most is the convenience of having everything close by. Lidl, Tesco, and Co-op are just a five-minute walk away, and for bigger shopping trips, IKEA and B&Q are only a 15-minute drive. Transport links are fantastic, with Selhurst Station in Zone 4 providing quick and easy access to Victoria and London Bridge.
