South Croydon and nearby stations offer excellent rail connections, and the tram network provides further flexibility for commuting and travelling across the area. Another aspect we’ve always appreciated is the potential this home still offers.

The garden and attic both present exciting opportunities for future extension or development (subject to the usual permissions), giving the next owners the chance to add even more space and value over time. This home has given us comfort, convenience and countless happy memories over the last 22 years. Our only reason for moving is to be closer to family.
