This beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment sits on the seventh floor of a contemporary development in the heart of Stratford. With a generous private roof terrace, two bathrooms and allocated parking, it offers a lovely balance of stylish interiors and outdoor space, all within easy reach of East Village, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Stratford’s fantastic transport connections.

"We’ve absolutely loved living here. One of the biggest things we’ll miss is the location, East Village is right on our doorstep, with a great selection of cafés, restaurants, as well as Westfield, and the Olympic and Victoria parks just a short walk away. It has a real neighbourhood feel while still being incredibly well connected to the rest of London.
We’ve also recently redecorated the apartment, so it feels fresh and ready to move into.
Our favourite spot is undoubtedly the large private roof terrace. It gets sunshine throughout the day and becomes an extension of the apartment, great place for morning coffee and evening wine.
It’s a home we’ve really enjoyed, and the combination of the private space, East Village lifestyle and fantastic transport connections will be very difficult to replace!"
Stratford’s quite the hub. With the launch of the Crossrail, it is now on the Elizabeth line, while high-speed trains already travel between Stratford International and Ashford. The Overground runs to North London, while the Jubilee line and DLR go to Canary Wharf. Finally, London Underground’s Central line nips to the West End.
What can’t you get in Stratford? It really is a shopper’s delight, with everything from the luxury boutiques, high street retailers and department stores at Westfield Stratford, to the essential shops and market stalls within the Stratford Centre, and the independent stores of the East Village.
A key aim for the successful London 2012 Games bid was the wider regeneration of the area, which has resulted in one of the world’s largest cultural districts, East Bank. Universities UCL and UAL’s London College of Fashion will join the BBC, Sadler’s Wells and the V&A, opening 2022-2023.
