***Vendor comments*** “For the past 21 years, this has been much more than just a house, it has been our family home, filled with laughter, milestones and memories that we will cherish forever.

When we first moved to Foxearth Road, we knew we had found somewhere special. The space immediately appealed to us, particularly the versatile ground-floor bedroom and adjacent bathroom, which have been invaluable when welcoming guests or accommodating family members who prefer to avoid stairs. As our family grew, so did our appreciation for the property's incredible potential. The side garage, generous plot and substantial loft space offer exciting opportunities for future owners. We have always imagined a large dormer conversion creating a stunning principal bedroom with an ensuite, while still retaining excellent family living space below, subject to the necessary consents.

One of the true highlights is the remarkable rear garden, stretching over 170 feet and backing directly onto Littleheath Woods. Our children practically grew up there. Countless weekends were spent exploring woodland paths, building dens and enjoying the freedom that comes with having nature quite literally on your doorstep. It is a rare privilege that few homes can offer.

The location itself is exceptional. Foxearth Road enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting while remaining close to everything a family needs. Excellent schools, local shops, bus routes, Sanderstead and South Croydon stations and convenient road links make daily life incredibly easy. Despite being so well connected, the area retains a village-like atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find in London.

What we will miss most, however, is the community. This is a place where neighbours genuinely care for one another. During Covid, those bonds became even stronger. We looked out for each other, offered help when needed and built friendships that continue today. When we go away, we do so with complete peace of mind, knowing our neighbours are keeping an eye on our home, just as we would for them.

Making the decision to leave has not been easy. Our London chapter has been a wonderful one, but the time has come for us to move closer to family and begin a new adventure.

We hope the next owners will love this home, this garden, these woods and this incredible community just as much as we have for the last 21 years. It has given us everything we could have wished for and we know it has many more happy years ahead”.
