What has always made this home special, however, is the sense of sanctuary it provides. The two generous double bedrooms, recently updated bathroom and unique split-level layout create a home full of character. The gentle separation between the living spaces, along with cleverly designed storage throughout, gives it a warmth and practicality that I have always appreciated.

After 13 incredibly happy years, the only reason I am leaving is because life has moved forward and my husband and I need more space for our next chapter. In fact, I met my husband here in Croydon, making both the area and this home an even more meaningful part of my story.

This has never been just a flat. It has been my sanctuary, my place of happiness and the backdrop to some of the most important moments of my life. I can only hope its next owner will treasure it as much as I have”.
