*** Vendors comments *** "When we first started looking for our family home, we searched high and low before finding this one and it was love at first sight. The beautifully kept period features, tall ceilings and original floorboards immediately caught our eye, but what truly sold us was the sense of space and light.
The brand-new kitchen, with its fully integrated white goods and doors that open directly onto the garden, creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. In summer, the garden and living room become one peaceful sanctuary, surrounded by tall trees and greenery; a rare find in London".

We’ve lived here happily throughout our ownership, decorating and restoring the home to bring out its original charm while adding modern touches. We also landscaped and planted the garden to create a tranquil outdoor retreat complete with a newly built garden studio that has electricity and elegant French doors. It’s been a wonderful space for working from home, creative projects or welcoming family when they come to stay.
The area has so much to offer, it’s vibrant yet peaceful with local delis, coffee shops, cocktail bars, pubs and supermarkets all within walking distance. It’s an ideal spot for young families especially those who enjoy popping out for a coffee or stroll with the pram. We’ve loved being just a short walk from Norwood Lake and Gardens, a beautiful green space that’s become part of our daily routine.
Although it’s a little further out than where we’d lived before the transport links have been the best we’ve ever experienced with multiple train options to London Bridge and the Overground providing quick, easy access into central London. Gatwick Airport is also within easy reach which has been so convenient for family trips.
We’ll be truly sad to leave this flat. It’s been a real haven of peace for us, a place full of happy memories, laughter and calm. We’ll miss the serenity of the garden, the sense of community and the abundance of green space that makes this area so special"
